Old established course. Very good for Winter golf. Pretty good in Summer also. Being a public facility only downside are the occasional dog walkers who seem oblivious to us golfers.Reviewer Rating

Great varied challenge.
Had a great round of golf but spoilt only by the dog walkers and odd group of non dog walkers out to use the course like a picnic area, some of whom were really abusive. Try Merrick Park if you want a to try a course nearby that isn't spoilt by these factors.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 87 Handicap: 13.7)

Exceptional Drainage
Considering the weather we've been having to endure the course is in fairly good condition, All tees and greens open unlike all of the surrounding course that have tee or hole closures.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 97 Handicap: 19.5)

After such bad weather the QP Course is in good condition
All Greens in use and all Tees bar one in use - very good - probably better than most other local Courses????(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 110 Handicap: 27.7)

Well Kept Public course
A value for money Public course with fine greens and a friendly atmosphere.The course is challenging and has some very interesting holes, you share the course with dog walkers who respect the game.

good test
Good test. The course is not overly long but is quite tight and punishes wild shots (which is only fair). The bunkers could do with a little TLC but at the price it represents very good value for money.(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 89 Handicap: 19.3)
