On the verge of excellent
Played today on a corporate day. Really good set up. Superb food. Course is laid out really well. Some long testing holes. This is not one for the high handicapper though. Two issues I would highlight are a lack of hole to hole signage and no rake stands in the bunkers. It was really wet today and kept getting hands covered in wet sand.Reviewer Rating

Excellent overall condition
Greens in excellent condition, very true, firm.Variable sand level in the bunkers I visited was the only negative, too much in one followed by too little in another!

Superbly maintained course, which you'd expect given the nature of its surroundings & stature. Its definately a course management track, makes you think & pick your shots wisely. Greens are in immaculate order and run very true.

Very nice course though probably played it in its worse state as we had had unbelievable amounts of rainfall. Last 4 holes were monsoon conditions and so much so last hole became unplayable! On a nice day in good conditions it would be one of the nicest in the area. Greens were perfect and fairways very good. Very Hilly and would be kinder in a buggy!

Lovely, well-established parkland course, always in good condition and in very interesting terrain so plenty of potential 'signature hole' candidates. Some very challenging holes (just try making par on the 9th !) and some easy ones (10th - just a chip). locals advise "whatever club is right on the 4th, use it again on the 7th" - Doesn't look right, but it is!. Arguably the best course in Cheshire, and I certainly think its a far nicer play than some of the big corporate places with bigger names and higher fees.

Prestbury was in immaculate condition for our society day and we were suprised with bacon roll and coffee. The course was a challenge with lots of contours a good test of golf.The staff were friendly and we received great service and definitely the best ourselves and service we have had for a number of years.

Wow what a course
Played in senior open, course in fantastic condition. Green quick. Different holes around course. Challenging Undulating especially stroke index 1. Definitely will play again(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 104 Handicap: 19.3)

Quality course

Top class course
Play here every year on one of their open events, never disappointed. Friendly welcome all round, good food. Course always in top condition from tee to green. Greens true and fairly quick. Great layout, some good testing holes. Will be back for sure.(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 83 Handicap: 5.7)
