Excellent
Considering the time of year, the course was in very good condition. It drains very well and it was a pleasure to hit balls of a nice and not muddy fairway.Reviewer Rating

Great course in links style.Quite long but not a tree in sight. Main defences are the wind, some punishing rough and the size and undulations on the greens.
More practice facilities than you could use in a day. Floodlit range with Top Tracer bays, putting green, chipping green, practice bunker.
Staff are excellent and the food is very good.

Lovely course in great condition
Lovely inland links course that is a pleasure to play. Fairways are forgiving and many holes have tight doglegs so you really have to think about your club selection and shot position to put you in a good chance of scoring low.Considering the cost of the round (?25.00) the course is in excellent condition. Greens are a little hard so you have to consider chip and run play unless you are able to generate lots of spin.
The club house facilities are OK with a small pro-shop selling the essentials (Balls, gloves etc.) The real advantage is having the driving range attached. It's an excellent facility with Toptracer installed to 9/10 of the bays.
Overall this is a great course that I would be more than happy to play again.

Excellent
This is my home club so perhaps I'm biased, but it really is in great condition. Style as an inland links with only one tree worthy of the name. The course is defended by some very interesting greens and the wind that constantly blows.Fairways are lush at the moment, the greens are just quick enough.
There's more practice options than you can shake a stick at. (Academy 9 hole par three course, top tracer fitted range. putting green / chipping green, practice bunker area, three excellent Professionals.)
The staff really are all great and the food is top notch and served in generous portions.

Great course and facilities
Great course all year round. Drains brilliantly and the greens are always in good condition. Very rare for the course to be closed even when every other club in the area is. Excellent driving range with Top Tracer bays. Two practice greens, one for putting, one for chipping. Practice bunker and great par 3 academy course. Food always good and the staff are superb.(Round played: Dec 2020 - Score: 84 Handicap: 13.2)

Very impressed
Played yesterday as my home course (private south London course) was closed owing to rain and resultant floods. Pedham is an excellent course if you're local and a real inland links. Very well kept and greens were in excellent condition. Drainage is key - although bunkers were flooded the rest of the course seemed untouched by the torrential rain of the previous days. Fairways were excellent. Low handicappers may not find it challenging enough and I didn't feel I was punished enough (!) for my bad shots. However, it was a true test of golf, a good length and on a Saturday afternoon got round in 3 hours 20 minutes - only a couple of hold ups. Really liked this course and it will probably become a regular when all the other courses nearby are closed for rain.Reviewer Rating
