Pedham June
Recently played at Pedham Place Golf Course and the greens and fairways were in good condition. I have played at Pedham many times in the past and it is probably, in my opinion the best all year round course in Kent. Even if it rains heavily over night the water will have all drained away by the next morning. During the winter Pedham was open and playable 99% of the time while other courses in Kent were closed or unplayable due to muddy conditions.Reviewer Rating

Challenging
Good course in good nick. The wind is always a challenge and the main defence but there are tricky holes and if you don't play with care the course will bite you. Greens in good nick, tee boxes need some more TLC but ok. Clubhouse welcoming and the food is excellent. Changing rooms recently refurbed and the practice facilities are very good - range (recently refurbed) has top tracer, 2 putting greens & nine hole academy courseIt is a pay and play, so it can be busy - so be ready for over 4 hrs for a fourball

A challenging course especially when the wind is up, which it usually is as the course has little in the way of protection from it.
Great food too.

1st time playing it interesting as each hole seems to be in a bowl eg grass banking both sides.. but good enough had a good breakfast. Was held up at end by slow players wouldn't let us through but enjoyed it!Reviewer Rating

Great course for the winter months
We were lucky with the weather, it was bright, not too cold with no wind ... the state of the fairways, greens etc was great considering the amount of rain we've had recently. A lot better than most other courses in Essex and Kent. However, a 30% increase in the green fee for the weekend ... a bit much?!?Reviewer Rating
