Top class course
Old thorns never lets you down. Excellent greens and fairways. Friendly and helpful staff.... highly recommended(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 102 Handicap: 19.3)

Old thorns - brilliant venue for a sunday driver
Great layout, great greens, superb friendly venue. It cost ?129 for two rounds, dinner b&b. We played woburn ?169 just for the round and the experience and golf was betterReviewer Rating

Beautiful Course
played the course as stayed at the hotel on a groupon 2 day break. So glad I did. lovely hotel/golf complex. The course is tough but in fine condition. really worth a visiy.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 98 Handicap: 18.2)

Excellent course, well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others. Some greens a bit slow due to an application of sand but overall, brilliant.

Top trees
Lovely course, beautiful countryside, great trees. Lots of water, hole 5 is very good. Hole 10 the par 3 over water is another highlight. Hole 8 is also tricky over water and caught me out; the wind was howling today. Hole 4a is a good par 3; great backdrop with forest around the green; big uphill shot required. Greens and bunkers very good. Hotel is very good, good food.Reviewer Rating

Society Round, great course
Went with 23 other blokes for a society, was great - good greens, good tees, great layout...only bug bear was that one of the holes was reduced from a par 4 to a par 3 due to work being done...great facilities in the resort, could have a longer driving range(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 81 Handicap: 11.7)
