Very good course
One of the better courses i have played. We come back here every year for a long weekend of golf.Its a thinking course with holes that look easy but then you get caught out(Round played: Sep 2020 - Score: 71 Handicap: 15.2)

Buggy required ????
Great course but has some very steep hills, we walked with trolleys on first round then hired a buggy for 2nd round (?40) Would definitely recommend the buggy. Lovely course and greens are fast.Reviewer Rating

A course that will test your management skills,
A down land course with plenty of trees ???? and water hazards, gullies and ponds. Fairways are generous and well kept, the greens are fast, like putting on a pool table ????, a good test for knowing when to lay up.Single occupancy buggies ?40 outrages????

Worth a visit
Unless you are pretty fit a buggy is recommended. Great views from some of the tees is a treat for making the climb on these hills. Fabulous greens with excellent pace. Staff are excellent in very trying circumstances.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 95 Handicap: 17)

Great value venue
Really enjoyable venue and overnight stayReally tough course greens very quick in the stimp meter 12

A great course!

Great Course
Stayed as a group of 8. Course never got boring and a very fair but tough test for any level of golfer. Green were fantastic, fairways a little patchy with the weather but sure they'll be back soon. Great service and accommodation so will be back. Only downside as we were playing 36 holes both days was the lack of buggies, as all booked up... they should have enough for everyone and quite pricey at £40pr.Reviewer Rating

First time
Played with two friends who'd played the previous week. Course knowledge very helpful with lots of dog-leg holes, few two-tier greens, greens and fairways with significant slopes. Also a pretty tight outward nine. Pretty course, challenging for me, a returner to golf after a decade. That said, I could have played smarter and better!(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 105 Handicap: 0)
