For a pay & play course that wasn’t really loved by the local authority that previously had charge of it the transformation since the new owners took over early in 2021 is not far short of a miracle. Greens are in good condition, fairways are good in comparison with those of clubs in the area which are suffering from the drought and cold nights; those at Bulwell Hall are very playable. The rough has been cut back and is well managed. The whole course is getting a long overdue makeover. The corner 15-17 is not of the best with major works to introduce a lake where the fairway has previously been very wet and boggy, I’m content to put up with the inconvenience of a shortened hold and “winter” green whilst the work is undertaken. Overall a cracking course and the twilight deal of a round for two ball and buggy for £20 is fantastic value for money. The new owners intend BULWELL HALL GC to become the premier PnP course in the region. Well done so far. A gem of a golf experience.

Love the course! Wish i was half decent at the game of golf, would make it even more enjoyable ????. Does need a driving range and putting greens to give it a perfect 10

Nice course for the average handicapper always likely to score, that said there are some quite nice challenging holes. Fairways needed a cut - lots of Daisy's, had job to spot ball! Greens were in good condition and not super quick, pity that some pins had be removed by local numpties!
Overall great value, will play again.

Played 18 9 2016 £15 for sunday morning golf brilliant,
1st time played this course, very long par 69, the rough is rough fairways are good Greens need a roll but playable, all in all really enjoyed our game of golf,
staff was fantastic very helpful, will come back again well worth the money,

Some nice holes and easy going on the feet .
Fairways bare but greens decent.
A good welcome .Only problem slow play in front nobody checking there times 4hr plus round waiting for others but would play again.

Lived near Bulwell all my life and finally played the course a couple of weeks ago. As said above, well looked after, though now in private hands I think. A poor mans Wollaton Park :o)
