Dreadful Greens
First time here in 3 years - when it was good value and condition, was a regular visitor. Now, the greens are awful. Those that were main greens were dustbowl brown, other temporary ones not much better. Winter greens in May ?
I read that there were issues last year - but now ? still ? after almost 10 weeks in which to make some effort to repair them ? - No evidence of anything being done to bring them back.
We adhered to Covid regulations, teed off on time. No one to check us, 2 others appeared just after us (booked ? paid ? - who knows)
As I left I saw others heading to 1st tee also all dressed in their finery, all the gear - were they aware of what was in store ? doubt it
Positives - it was good to adapt to very windy conditions and I hit a 3-iron (first time in bag for years) 180yds into the wind.
£8 for 9 "holes" - still overpriced.
At least now you know

Greens need major work
So convenient to play here but the greens let down what could be a fantastic 9 hole course. Hopefully they will improve for next year.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 47 Handicap: )
