The course is looking really good, the long rough was recently cut back and now you stand a chance of finding the ball. The greens are getting quicker. A lovely long walk and the club house is a welcome place to refresh in the heat. Enjoy your visit to an excellent 27 hole course.

Absolutely fantastic course in brilliant condition. Great value for money with the deal through tee off times. Definitely would play this course again.

Course in great condition, has come through the winter and greens are firm and dry. lovely day with breezy made for good test, really enjoy the day.

One of the best courses in the area and a really tough test of golf. Played the Delaw as the front nine and Douglas as the back nine. Both were in fantastic condition, greens perfect but very quick.
It's quite a long course and boy am I glad I hired a buggy!

Fantastic course played multiple times and will be back for more. The greens are in very nice condition although can be extremely fast in warm conditions.

Regular visitor - can't complain about a single item on this course - tricky in the wind but a joy to play anytime of the year.
Club house / pro shop top quality - five star - worthwhile visit for any golfer a must

lovely course once again greens very fast rough a bit harsh but early mornin vdewy good training for 16 hours of golf at burgham the longest day chalenge in 3 weeks for my mate john who has bowel cancer and for mcmillan

played matfen hall many times before but ever played the dewlaw nine twas fabulous cant wait to play it again.

This course is unbelievable value for money.
Got a full round on the Douglas/Dewlaw course for £15 and thought I was going to be arrested for daylight robbery!
Two very distinct and rewarding 9-hole courses. Well-kept greens and fairways, an interesting water hazard and a few walls provided a bit of a challenge.
I really enjoyed how wide and open the course was. It invited me to hit the ball hard. There are some spectacular views playing the last few holes back towards Matfen Hall House.
Professional was helpful and friendly.
I'm new to the game and I thought I was spoiled for great courses in Tayside but this was a real eye-opener.
Will try to play again the next time I'm down in Northumberland.

Very well maintained course (Parkland) fairways and greens in very good condition and greenkeepers deserve a Beer or two!.....
