The course is in wonderful condition for this time of year. catering spot on. In summary, a thoroughly enjoyable day.

best condition I've played it in, definately worth it on a 2 for 1 but not worth £35 a round.

My first time. I played in the winter (Feb) so the course was not behaving at it's best. Off winter tees that made the couse a bit shorter but most greens were open. Any member here, especially the seniors, are b***dy fit, as the course as many steepish hills. The last 3 holes are brillaint with water all around!!!

This is my home course, so am I bound to say something nice about it? The answer is, no not at all, but I'm going to because it's worth a visit.
The course is not long at 5704 yards (yellow tee) but many 'single figure' players have thought they would murder the course and have gone away subdued!
This course undulates, trees, carefully placed bunkers, difficult lies (lot of ridge & furrow) will test you to the full. The views, especially on the back nine are worth the walk alone.
The clubhouse is a cosy refuge to nurse your sores or indeed celebrate after a challenging round. Do visit you are sure of a warm welcome.

Great greens in hot weather. Shame clubhouse not open for breakfast. Otherwise good course and freindly people

Short, but in good nick
This is short, but a very enjoyable track. In good condition, although it was surprising to play off mats in June on the Par 3's. All three of us said we would go back and play again.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 87 Handicap: )

Nice to play
The weather was a bit windy but the course was nice to play although the first couple of greens looked a bit bare in places but after that the improved.(Round played: Nov 2017 - Score: 93 Handicap: 17.8)

lovely course
lovely course in great condition. Good course management is a must.Its not the longest course around but there are quite a few tough holes with some tricky greens.(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 79 Handicap: 13.8)

Ups and Downs course good but unimpressed by clubhouse
Interesting up and down course with good greens but poor bunkers. limited practice facilities and changing rooms a bit smelly. Drinks okay but food seemed to be "microwave specials" and sandwiches abysmal. Play and enjoy but then leave - quickly!Reviewer Rating
