Lovely course well maintained, just up from my house makes a nice change from the normal i play

Lovely course
Beautiful place to play stay and make a day of it play both courses great features on both courses. Dawson course is a great challenge(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 96 Handicap: 28)

Full day
We travelled 2 hrs to play both courses and we was not disappointed both courses quality and in superb condition. We were made welcome by everyone at the club including golf members. great course

Excellent
First of all, a big mention to Rebecca in the office for organising tee times and food for seven of us for the weekend. Food was great, nothing was a problem for the bar staff, and the two pro's did more than help. Even the guys in the starter's box added to the enjoyment. On to the courses, and I can't say anything that's not already been said. Dawson course is long but very receptive and not too much danger, though you can still find water. Think of the 5th in particular. The Lakes course is a lot shorter but you need to be on your game to score well here. The 17th is one hole that will live long in the memory. Courses were in fab condition and the greens were fast enough without being like glass. All in all, a truly tremendous experience.Reviewer Rating

Both courses in fantastic condition but prefer the lakes course. Great food and friendly staff. What more do you need.
