Love this course but it is tough. The undulating ground means that fairways will force your ball towards the rough and greens are hard to hold due to their slopes and the fact that they are dry at the moment. Very fast greens.

I love this course. Great range of holes that play nicely, look great and test all aspects of your game. A bit muddy under foot on the first 2 and last 3 holes but there had been days of rain before I played. Had the course completely to myself. A real gem of a course for the bargain price of £9 on daily deal from teeofftimes.

A beautiful course nestled into the Bewdley countryside.
It is a testing course (physically and ability), with many blind holes, dog legs and holes with character.
If you are in a group where none of you have played the core before, it might be tough to know best areas to land the ball. Thankfully my playing partner helped me out the whole way round. Im keen to get back and play again, because it really is a fantastic course.
If you aren't long off the tee, don't panic as this course really doesn't invite you to boom big tee shots.
Many fairways slope (if not all of them), so the ball below or above your feet is commonplace (something i struggle with being a high handicapper), so i didnt score too well.
A must for any golfer.

Very hilly course you need a buggy. Good course not the longest but quite challenging the greens are lightening fast so beware. All in all a good course

Played this course on a weekend away and was very pleasantly surprised. It was an absolute gem, most enjoyable and excellent value for money. A great variety of holes making it a most enjoyable experience for a varied group of golfers from a one handicap through to eighteen. Some short holes requiring accuracy and not a course to be bullied by big hitting. More a thinking golfers course, and could easily be described as quirky, but in a very good way.

The staff were excellent and we had a lovely meal served by some very pleasant ladies.

All in all a brilliant day enjoyed by 30 golfers and we would highly recommend this course to any society/club looking for an away day venue.

Course drying out nicely. Normal friendly banter and helpful staff. Greens quickening up so take half a club less on approach shots! (hence my 99!)
