Very tricky and hilly
A lovely setting of a course, tricky in places with lots of established trees. Some water hazards and ditches with very well placed bunkers make this a course to really think your way around. We unfortunately played after a spell of a couple of days of heavy rain so didn't see the course at its best but the greens were good and true as were the tees we were on but the fairways and in between were a little weather battered. On the day we played there was a very slow ladies competition being played in front of us which turned us into an over 5 hour round, which did take the shine off the whole event for us.(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 111 Handicap: 17.6)

Society day
Lovely course, different but really good place! Nice people too!The greens were extremely true and very fast, takes a bit of getting used to! 9th hole is really interesting, take the short cut over the trees or hit 2 x 200 yard plus shots to get to the front of the green!

A course for all handicaps
My son has only just taken up golf, I play off 14. We had an afternoon round in windy conditions but at no stage did I feel the course was overwhelming for him......or for that matter me! Nice mix of long par 4\'s, good testing par 3\'s but with more width on the drives than is apparent from the website.\Greens in very good condition, receptive but fairly quick. The putt ran true.....where you hit it.\\Nice bar and patio area made for an enjoyable round. And very good value. I would be very happy to play here again.Reviewer Rating
