course has just had a new green keeper course is looking very good still some work to be done on the tees. the clubhouse is excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful,2 real ales in the beer and the food was top notch new chef doing a top job

The course has a lovely front 9, twisty and well maintained but the back nine was a little up and down with only 2 holes having good character or features. Enjoyable course but the service in the bar was poor. The staff may have been out the back but we waited over 5 minutes before anyone came to the bar, then received no apology and a snappy sharp attitude. Maybe we got unlucky but we were not impressed and while we may return to the course, we\'ll use a local pub for after round drinks. Shame.

A well established course in a lovely part of Leicester. Very tranquil and pleasant walking offering a good test. The course is well laid out and suits all standards - giving the big hitters something to 'go at' and yet many of the approach shots require careful placement.
The welcome both in the pro shop and clubhouse was warm. Play Lingdale soon, you won't regret it.
