A test of golf for all levels of golfer.
Quite hilly in places.
Usually in excellent condition with super greens.
Very nice, warm and friendly clubhouse.
I would highly recommend a visit.

Great views & interesting holes
Enjoyed a first-time twilight visit on Saturday evening for ?30 which is good value I think. Great weather helped but the views were really good and I expect it could be pretty windy as the course is quite high up and some holes are fairly exposed. The course generally presented nicely with heather, majestic pines and some gorse too, and though the fairways were pretty rugged most of the time it didn't affect the experience. Greens were good without being anything special but lots of subtle slopes makes for some challenging reads. Varied layout with some interesting holes. We had the place to ourselves but otherwise seemed friendly towards visitors. I don't live locally and there are so many other good courses to try in the area, but I would return.Reviewer Rating

Nice tree lined course. Dry in the summer but overall a nice golf course and would recommend. Keep to the fairway and you'll be fine as it's not an overly long golf course.

One of our four ball had trouble getting to the course so we were left with a 3. This was the second disappointment, we had to pay a suppliment as it was originally booked as a 4 ball...even though we were the only non members at the course that day , there was no discretion. we nearly left to find a friendlier club. But as none of us has this notch on our bed post so to speak we carried on. The course in general is not bad at all but nothing special for the high fees that are charged in the summer , let alone winter.
The greens were the saving grace, although extremely slow !! true and in great conition considering the weather we have had. There are 4 or 5 lovely holes that need to be thought out, but for me driver , wedge with a couple of exeptions made for a boring outing.
