I played 36 holes at the Kendleshire for a society day, and despite the atrocious weather I was very pleased.
The car park could do with a little better signage for where it wants you to park, but is of good size and distance from the clubhouse. The clubhouse is fairly small, but modern and well designed, with a good changing room and ample bar space to sit in. The patio outside is of good size and provides a great view to the holes around.
The course is very well designed, with plenty of holes with a choice of how to play them, it certainly isn't a course where you want your driver every hole, but is long enough to be a challenge. the greens were magnificent, true and still quite quick even in the heavy rain we had, I can only imagine how good they would be in the dry. They are USPGA spec and certainly live up to the reputation.
A good course that I would love to play again in the dry.

We had a deal to play Monday for £80 (£30 x 4). Course was in good condition and greens decent. Always worth a visit.

On a very breezy front 9 holes driving and pitching was very tough. The greens were quick but consistant. Would like to play in calmer weather.

Great deal using tee off times . Com, paid £15. Course was good. Only problem was the cut fairways had a lot of cut grass and made it look messy and ball was covered in grass

Played today (25/6/13) warm sunny weather. Fairways and greens very high standard. Two signature holes over water. Only complaint on some holes it is not easy to see fairway from tee so unclear as to best approach. Will play again.
