What the club says: The course is rich in features with woodland, lakes, trees and gorse coming into play. "We have had the benefit of four years on this very exciting project" said Course Architect, Adrian Stiff who has also designed several other notable West Country courses including Cumberwell Park, The Kendleshire and Oake Manor.

What a course. I have lived in this area for 2 years and I would never have known about this club until a friend mentioned it to me. Played in a four ball on the Codrington course and everybody enjoyed the course. What a hidden gem. If you didn't know about this course you would never find it. It is not signposted but is used for some Euro Pro competitions which are shown on Sky.

For a mid November round the course is in excellent condition, especially the greens. I would say that they are probably the best greens I've played on in the last 2 years. Some difficult par 4's but also some easy ones so there is a mixture for both low, mid and high handicappers.

Would i go back.....most definitely and cant wait. Great value for money at 33, coffee, range balls (in the summer you get to play the 9 hole par 3 course) and lunch. Everybody was so helpful and friendly.

What a venue!!!
Played the Codrington course off the whites and what a course it is...some of the finest holes I?ve played in a good while. Great mix of par 3?s (5) par 4?s (8) and par 5?s(5) all offering up chances to score or get beaten up!! Water is pretty much everywhere with some great bunkering. The greens are as tricky and fast as you will find.

It was a cold and grey day. Wet and miserable. The fairways were ok but bits between were very wet. Green were excellent and very consistent.

Not from the area but have now played 6 courses in the Bristol area. This is the best and fairest for medium handicappers.
