Lovely course with lots of elevation change. Tree lined holes mean that accuracy off the tee is often more important than distance. Greens are as fast as any I have come across and the pin positions on the very sloping greens sometimes seem a little unfair. The wind swirls around the course so it's often difficult on club selection especially on holes where you have to carry the ball uphill all the way to the green. If you're short on some greens the ball could run a long way back down some of the big hills. Play was a bit slow at times with members not calling faster players through. Not played here for years but very glad I decided to go back.

Course in excellent shape, greens fantastic with many subtle streaks. Pace of play good and we were called through by a four ball in front, which is nice to see.

Lovely Course well kept

Great course with a good range of challenges.

Great course with a range of challenges to suit everyone. Course condition is very good and well kept. Bunkers not raked but still playable. Plenty of well placed water hazards to negotiate. Well worth a visit.

Very Boggy - Should have been closed

Course was boggy due to recent poor weather, this included fairways. Balls plugged and we struggled to find; albeit we found plenty of others during our round. Really should have been closed, waterproofs and trousers were that muddy we didn't feel that we could go in the clubhouse. Course will take sometime to recover; that said would play it again but in summer only.
