Very Boggy - Should have been closed
Course was boggy due to recent poor weather, this included fairways. Balls plugged and we struggled to find; albeit we found plenty of others during our round. Really should have been closed, waterproofs and trousers were that muddy we didn't feel that we could go in the clubhouse. Course will take sometime to recover; that said would play it again but in summer only.Reviewer Rating

Remember, it's winter conditions slightly boggy in places. The greens were very good considering winter. Some temporary tees as well but all 18 holes open.

Not a memorable course!
For me there was no outstanding holes, and one course I wouldn't be rushing back to play. That said the club house was tidy and the staff friendly.(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 91 Handicap: 9.6)

Frustrating Course
Played when the grass had been cut and somebody thought it a great idea to just leave all the long cur grass where it lay making it pretty much impossible to find any ball that made it's way there. Really poor groundkeeping! A number of holes are just hard for all the wrong reasons. Ona steep downhill hole the green actually slopes away so any ball hit on to it just runs off the back (into the ridiculous amount of cut grass, meaning lost ball). Too many greens placed or contoured weirdly making approaches way harder than they should be. All very frustrating.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 106 Handicap: 28.4)

changeable weather, course ok greens not good members do not repair pitch marks on greens, balls bouncing up to hole not rolling, but otherwise enjoyable day. good value for money.

It was a cold, cloudy day after a few days rain. The course and the cold conditions held the ball up, like playing off the whites. It was good reminder that I need to change my game for the winter. Many bunkers were flooded following the rain.

First time played here, seems quite long and a bit hilly, weather was very cold and fairways were not running at all so was tough to get near the greens in regulation, some nice holes though, definitely worth trying
