a beautiful sunny day in Warwickshire
We took advantage of a special deal:- half price green fee and a bacon butty. So ok. And indeed we will come again; however, this time we spent more time looking for our ball on the fairway than we did playing strokes; it took us 5 1/2 hours to get round the 18. But we love the course and will play it again when the grass has been cut. We understand this wasn't possible due to the wet weather.Reviewer Rating

The greens were well maintained and the general upkeep of the course was very good. It was not too busy, which made for a pleasant round. The state of the course and the scenic setting were both excellent.

Challenging Course
A good test of golf and fitness. Shame that bar not open to players at 6.00 pm, residents only(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 93 Handicap: 18.9)

Course in great shape, greens in excellent condition and running fast. Pace of play could have been quicker, we played as a 4 ball but were constantly waiting for a 3 ball in front. Cost great considering a lot of courses have upped their prices. Like the variety of holes and bunkers always provide a test of ball placement on the fairways. Will always come and play again.

Excellent all round
Really enjoyed my first time here, a good challenge with some tight and long holes to play whilst also having a few ?open? holes to not over penalise a wide drive! A very good all rounder in excellent condition.Reviewer Rating

Greens were in tremendous condition and lightening quick which,coupled with some really difficult pin positions, made it challenging to get down in two at times!
Not the longest, but requires accuracy off the tees and some lovely views at the top. Well worth a visit.

Lovely course with lots of elevation change. Tree lined holes mean that accuracy off the tee is often more important than distance. Greens are as fast as any I have come across and the pin positions on the very sloping greens sometimes seem a little unfair. The wind swirls around the course so it's often difficult on club selection especially on holes where you have to carry the ball uphill all the way to the green. If you're short on some greens the ball could run a long way back down some of the big hills. Play was a bit slow at times with members not calling faster players through. Not played here for years but very glad I decided to go back.

Course in excellent shape, greens fantastic with many subtle streaks. Pace of play good and we were called through by a four ball in front, which is nice to see.

Lovely Course well kept
