Course was very wet and they are obviously doing some work on it. All bunkers had been dug up with drain pipes hanging out of them. Could do with some new flags and flag sticks. Some had been snapped and the flags themselves had holes in. I lost my ball at the Par 3 12th after it landed in a pile of range balls that had been dumped at the side of the green where another bunker had been dug up!! Think charging £16 for a round is a bit much with this course in the condition it is in.

TEES:- ALL WELL MARKED EXCEPT ONE
FAIRWAYS:- CUT AND WELL MAINTAINED,
FIRST CUT BANKS: CUT BUT ON MANY OF THEM THE GRASS CUTTINGS WERE LEFT IN ROWS
ROUGH:- VERY POOR WITH NEARLY ALL GROWN TO 12 TO 16 INCHES. MORE OR LESS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND YOUR BALL. IF YOU WERE UNFORTUNATE TO FIND THE BALL IT WAS, TO A HIGH HANDICAP GOLFER AS MYSELF, ALMOST UNPLAYABLE.
GREENS:= VERY GOOD, MANICURED, AND VERY TESTING.
VALUE FOR MONEY:- STATED AS GOOD BECAUSE ONLY £7 CHARGED FOR 16:04 TEE OFF.

A bit bland, greens very wolly some fairway very wet, for the money we paid £11.59 it was good, and it is winter. would go back in the summer to see if it improves.

Local course that fortunately for me doesn't get busy even on Sat morning! Its a shame not used more as some testing holes and clearly recent owners have looked to invest some money to improve course from where it was.

Would be a lovely course with a little bit of TLC greens and tee boxes need looking the greens run a little slow on most holes.

Given amount of rain this week course was in acceptable condition. £10 to play 18 holes is a bargain anywhere.

Always a friendly welcome. Bunkers need more sand but course overall was in a good condition and value for money

Course was in decent condition, greens were looking better than i have seen them for a while although quite slow. Fro the price it is pretty good value and for a late afternoon round on a Saturday it was extremely quiet.
