Mr Cool on the ICE
Cold and frosty but no temporary greens. Nice kept course and range facilities. Nine holes so perfect for after work or to keep you on top form. Nice club house very friendly also American Golf store onsite.Reviewer Rating

Quality plus mix and match
Three very good 9 hole courses which you can choose any two on the day. The Valley is probably the easiest but all three are challenging with plenty of water to navigate. The last hole on the Lakes course is a Challenging Par 3 over water which is viewed from the Hotel bar.Reviewer Rating

Uncrowded, interesting, varied holes
Easy to book and excellent value with a choice of three combinations of 9 holes. Very quiet on a sunny Thursday morning in August.The water comes into play on a number of holes and this together with an undulating course and sloping fairways make it quite a challenge for high handicap golfers.
Do not forget that you can use the hotels facilities including the bar with outside seating.

Nicely laid out
Every hole is different & loads of dog legs for to suit both shot shapes.Will definitely be visiting again as only 40 miles from Oxford.Reviewer Rating

Great Course

Scenic Course

A superb golf course with some fantastic holes.
A real challenge to walk round, very hilly & undulating.
The course has been picked out superbly through the trees & round the water leaving you with some very challenging holes.
I also stayed in the hotel which was excellent. Sitting on the terrace with a beer overlooking the course as the sun set was fantastic

A nice course, greens very challenging and deceptive. The man in the pro shop was very welcoming and helpful and the captain went out of his way to say "hello" and asked if we enjoyed our day in the terrace bar afterwards which was a lovely touch and not something all captains or clubs do in my experience. Really enjoyed our first round and will definately return.

A challenging hilly course with some scenic tee boxes. Overall a very nice course with greens in good enough conditions considering the heavy rain that fell the night before and low temperature. Definitively a course that i'd like play again.

Really impressive course,set in beautiful,tranquil countryside with panoramic views all around Hellidon lakes is a real pleasure to play however well you may be swinging the clubs! Each and every hole offers the golfer plenty to think about and some of them are amoungst the best I've played. The greens are well kept,pacy and have a fair amount of borrow to keep your putting honest. A word of warning .....VERY HILLY!! If you don't like a good walk grab a buggy! Love this course and a bargain to boot,we paid £16 on a Wednesday,absolute steal,keep up the good work chaps.

Stinking hot day (28degC) for the annual PGM gold day attended by over 20 players in 4-ball. Course was very demanding on your calves as pretty much not a flat hole played on. Greens were bone dry and difficult to land on.

One of my favourite local courses where each hole is completely different and challenging. Course management very important. View are stunning across the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire countryside. Excellent finishing par 3 hole too.
