For a municipal the course was in excellent condition. The greens were true and the pin positions very fair.

not a very difficult course but very physical lots of hills

This is undoubtedly the best municipal course I have ever played. A real test of golf with some stunning holes around the water. 15th hole is a real test, well done if you can get on the green in two.
