Lovely course and faculty was very good. Although be aware there are quite a few hills throughout the course.(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 102 Handicap: 28)

+ Some very polite and helpful members too.
- Greens were inconsistent, some closely mown and rolled true, others long and bobbly.
- Very little sand in greenside bunkers made things tricky.
- Expensive for non-members round
Overall - A thoroughly decent course, but overpriced considering the condition of some greens and bunkers.
A cheaper and more challenging (tighter fairways) alternative in the area would be Chiltern Forest.

Excellent greens
Very friendly and welcoming club including the pro shop, bar and other members on the course.Greens were really true, not too fast but in great condition. Bunkers also well managed.
The course had suffered from the fairways being scorched earlier in the season. Watering is difficult apparently. Some were a little bare in places so my partner and I agreed not to play off the bare bits in recovery.

Very nice course
In very good condition. Very hilly, greens in very good condition but very difficult to read direction & speed. Definitely worth a visit if you get the opportunity(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 93 Handicap: 19.2)

A lovely amble around 18 holes of undulating fairways.
I played the course today with 2 friends and though it was breezy, and the greens had been top dressed had a lovely day.The course is very well presented, the fairways are superb, and the semi rough quite short. There is very little real rough around though what there is can be hard to escape. The bunkers all seemed consistent and though I was a little errant managed to escape from all those I found!!!!
A couple of the long par 3s actually play longer than the yardage so careful clubbing is required. There are a few holes where you cannot see the whole fairway, however if you hit the ball down the middle you will find it when you walk down the fairway.
I think it is a fair course with plenty of character and variety and would recommend a visit to the course.
The only slight gripe is that it can be hard to find the next hole and there is quite a bit of walking between holes.
