What the club says: A private members club established in the year 1900. The course is 9 holes, 5296 yards, par 67.

The club prides itself on its mature and challenging course, set amongst woodlands of the Chiltern Hills. We offer golfers of all ages or abilities, sociable and competitive golf in a friendly atmosphere.

One of the best nine hole courses in the area, the course is set on common land and every hole is tree lined.

Accuracy is a must as any off line shot is usually blocked by trees, scrub or gorse. This makes the course a tough but fair test to all levels of golfers.

Tranquility

A short course consisting of 9 holes and 18 tee boxes. Accuracy is a must as the tree lined fairways consume balls. An ideal place for a quiet game of golf with the added addition of autumnal colour. The guy behind the bar was very friendly and accommodating.

Played a Veterans match here. Very pretty course with greens excellent for the time of year. Short but quite tight & will provide a good test for all handicaps. Very friendly people and a great location. Recommended.

Chesham and Ley Hill is a small 9 hole course, but it provides a very enjoyable setting for a challenging round of golf. The key with this course is to keep on the straight and narrow! The par 3 3rd is a real favourite of mine, around 110 yards from an elevated green, fantastic hole.
