What The Club Says
The 18 hole, par 67 course is set in pleasantly undulating mature parkland on the edge of the Chilterns, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Designed by Jonathan Gaunt, a highly acclaimed member of the British Institute of Golf Course Architects, the course is easy walking, free draining and provides an excellent and enjoyable golfing experience for all.

Friendly for the higher handicappers but still tricky for the lows
Great friendly staff excellent breakfast. Here fairways good greens.However. Over 5 hours is very slow for this size and layout of a golf course.
A big criticism is on the hottest day of the year and a slow round with no half way house open you need to be responsible and show duty of care to the players and have a buggy running around with water. At least tell golfers the half way stop is closed. Asking the marshal to please fetch some water obviously fell on deaf ears.

Worth A Visit
We found the course in great condition. The greens especially were a treat, despite being quite challenging with variously well-placed contours.A flat layout with some fun holes, and a few tricky bunkers.
Relatively short, so ideal for older players.
Very nice clubhouse, with good facilities, but one minor gripe that the kitchen had closed by the time we'd completed our round. Would definitely recommend, as it was excellent value for money. Looking forward to a return visit.

Nice course
Short course with 7 par 3, but not easy. Layout requires careful Club selection and accurate shots. Bunkers well placed to trap the unwary. Greens very fast and true, and in good condition. Some tees sloping and undeveloped which can affect drive. Definitely worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

Only downfall was that the driving range was not open even though they have mats it would have been fantastic to warm up before the round

Little Gem
First time playing here and a really pleasant course. Not the longest but you do need to plot your way around as quite narrow in places and easy to run out of over clubbed. Greens had signs of previous treatment but still played well and im sure in a few weeks will reap the benefits of the work. Some lovely looking holes and after in play in a few places, a little gem at ?27 on a Friday afternoon.Reviewer Rating
