What the club says: Gerrards Cross Golf Club is considered one of the most attractive courses in Buckinghamshire. With the River Misbourne meandering past the club house there are few finer places to play golf. The woodland course is set in the grounds of an ancient estate. Built in 1922, it measures 6,243 yards from the white tees. A testing par 69, the Slope Rating of 130 reflects the challenge it offers to golfers of all abilities.

Great course
Great course with challenging lay out. Only down side was the greens had been treated 2 weeks prior which made the greens a very hard read. We were pre-notified of this by the course. Fairways were lush which is a major achievement at this time of year.Reviewer Rating

Great course, can be difficult with 6 dog legs but very enjoyable with some lovely holes. The closing holes are the most interesting and picturesque in bucks

Lovely Course
Played as a guest on a lovely morning.Despite a weekly roll up of multiple four balls infront, the round took a little.over.three and half hours.
Course was in lovely condition, greens got quicker during the round but were good.
Enjoyable.

Gerrards Cross
Great well looked after golf course, fairways tees and greens all watered. Very tricky fast greens, to be able to hit a good score you will need to play a few times. The first green is very tricky. Played as a guest so I played a good rate, all the staff were very good, old established course.Reviewer Rating

Tough
Very long. I am a long hitter but struggled sometime to make a par 4 in 2 and a par 5 in 3. Short game comes into play and the greens are fast too.(Round played: Mar 2019 - Score: 97 Handicap: 17.5)

Peach of a course
Lovely course which can be challenging. In fantastic condition given the recent hot weather and lack of rain. The greens were nice and quick and the fairways spongy. Great views from a number of the holes. Very wooded and shady. Rough is not too bad but the course will punish you if you stray too far off the line. The clubhouse was picturesque and the members I met were nice and friendly. I donated a few balls..Reviewer Rating

Course was in excellent condition. A good test of accuracy and loved the layout. The closing three holes are fantastic. Will definitely be back to take on again.

Relatively short course but some interesting holes that make you think. Course was in good condition but unfortunately the greens had been holitined. Would like to play it again when the greens have recovered.

Great showers in the men's changing room. A great course. Definitely a course for a golfer who draws the ball.

I played Gerrards Cross in May 2014 with 3 colleagues of mine from Bramley Golf Club in Surrey (one being our head greenkeeper, another club professional and the third a member of the committee). We were all of the same opinion that it is a lovely club with a great course. Before you reach the first tee you are struck by how nicely the clubhouse and surroundings are maintained with some really nice planting and everything clean and tidy. On the course itself the tees, fairways and greens are really well looked after and in beautiful condition. There are some really great golf holes - particularly the closing stretch. We particularly noted the small details, including distances on the fairway watering sprinkler heads.
We would recommend the club to all. A great day out at a friendly club

Lovely course and facilities, played on a social day and everyone enjoyed it and it is being considered for next year again.
Favourite hole was the 200yard par 3 up the hill.

Played in the week before the club championship, and course was in great shape. Very good selection of distance guides (coloured flags, sprinkler head distances, coloured markers in fairway)
