Don’t wast your money or time
Played it today first time for 4 months, the worst condition I have ever seen the course in 25 years.A complete dump the greens have hardly any grass on them the t boxes are like a cabbage patch, staff are rude, don’t bother or waste your money. Such a shame they have ruined the courses

Greens were unfortunately pretty bad. Lots of sandy brown patches which you couldn't really putt properly on. Same for the tee boxes, looks like they are not spending as much on upkeep currently. Still enjoyable though.

Membership is disgusting
The owner is terrible. He has gotten rid of 7 day adult and senior memberships. He has also gotten rid of the junior membership. Subsequently, he has risen the 5 day membership prices by nearly £300. I would highly recommend that you do not purchase a membership until the owner comes back down to planet earth and realises the effect that he is having on people who play there on a regular basis.Reviewer Rating

excellent condition

There have been many changes of late. The attitude of some of the pro shop staff is very poor. The prices have gone up and the standard of the course has gone down considerably. Very sad when places like this one is privatised. The place also looks dirty and in need of decorating. The toilets smell and look dirty.

Played over here for a long time and honestly haven't seen It in worse condition than it is now. The pro shop staff are rude (barring one or two) and ignorant. The course is a fantastic layout but never seems to be in good condition. £29 a round at the weekend is scandalous and daylight robbery. Greens bobbly and not true. Holes cut at least an inch smaller than they should be. It's gone extremely downhill the past few years and I was suggest finding some where better to play your golf! The chinese is nice tho!

Lovely course and well looked after. A couple of the tee boxed could do with a little TLC but apart from that the greens and fairways are in good condition still.

Bunkers very poor. Greens very hard only 10,11,12 and 14 were ok. Course was very quiet so speed of play was good.

Shame there is a bad review about the top course . I played the lower course on the 30.08.14 and apart from the bunkers that are being worked in it was in fantastic condition . At £ 15 twilight I thought it was a bargain .
