Here on a society day. Well looked after all day. Course in good condition despite current heatwave. Really enjoyed it and well worth playing.

I , along with over 80 others, played in the Seniors Open Gollfest event on Tuesday the 14th July at Guildford.- it was my first time there, it was a great day, just everyone i spoke to agreed that the \\\\\\\'Guildford team\\\\\\\' had excelled themselves. The format was teams of fourplayers, the best two stableford scores to count (all 4 on the 18th), a simple but efficient formatat, with a shotgun start. The day was managed very efficiently, the course was challenging, quite hilly and in excellent condition. An extensive buffet meal was very well received and the atmosphere throughout the day was relaxed and comfortable, the staff were very attentive and eager to please.......AND THEY DID.well done Guildford. , thanks

Great course but I would say that as I'm a member! However I would like to add that the course is open at all times of year except when covered with snow. It has to be an extreme weather event to close the course.

Our society played for the 1st time at Guildford on the 29/05/2015 and we were very, very pleased with the course and hospitality. Great greens with lovely views and interesting fairways. We arranged for a Full English breakfast with a 2 course Carvery afterwards for 40 of our members. The food was the best we've received from a club for a long time and the staff were so helpful. We will definitely going back to Guildford for another society day.

Arranged a society day to include breakfast, 9 hole Texas scramble, lunch and 18 holes. Food, service and the clubhouse was great. Course was in impressive condition, pins were in tricky locations and the greens were very quick. Played badly myself but some of the group scored well in challenging conditions.
