The Garstang is a family owned hotel and has been built on land that has been in the family for over 200 years. There are 32 bedrooms, all of which come with en-suite facilities and a view of either the golf course or the beautiful countryside. The Kingfisher Restaurant provides excellent cuisine, freshly prepared with local produce and under the watchful eye of the talented chef. The Bradbeer Bar is open all day long and offers everything from breakfast, lunch and dinner to a refreshing drink after your round. The hotel is ideally situated in close proximity to many places including Blackpool, Preston and Lancaster, all of which offer something different.

Excellent as usual both with condition of course and staff.

Excellent condition as usual,played a couple of times now and never disapointed either with course or staff.

Great course wide fairways very forgiving but a few 'interesting' holes right on the river which comes into play well woth a visit

weather not too good , very windy and rain , a lot of water under foot , and ball plugging and hard to find , but on the whole a great day out , club house was brill , would like to play on a dry day

Considering the weather we have had the course has been excellent , our group has played here for the past four weeks and has been on normal greens throughout .
I can only say that during drier times the course will be a gem

A very pleasant park type course when teh water came into play it was a bit of a surprise. But if you are accurate a good challenge.

Although this is a municipal course it does have a Country House Hotel attached which hold weddings and functions.
The course is very well laid out with a mixture of straight and dogleg holes, good use of the local river and bunkers expertly placed to catch wayward ball.
Tree lined but open enough to let the "Big One" out of the bag, greens are good and cleverly protected.
A good all round course for all abilties.
Clubhouse is fantastic with good food and good selection of beers/spirits it also sits beside the 18th green and 1st tee so not for the faint hearted with the first shot
