Good course, played a qualifying round here for a trip to Portugal. Fairly tight course and played on some of the fastest greens I have ever played on and was played in October.

would love to play here again. red course much more of a testing layout than the green but both were enjoyed by all today.

first four holes short but testing. Next 13 are open and link-ey. Good challenge in stiff wind. Bunkers disappointing - didn't appear to have drained after overnight rains

A great venue with 3 great courses. The Red course is the tighter of the 3 with accuracy from the tee a must. The greens are some of the best I have played on this year.

I found the course and venue where second to none and would very much recommend this venue to anyone involved in golf

Played the red course this morning and the green in the afternoon through Frilford's winter warmer package deal for £50 a person. I'd heard a lot of good things about Frilford Golf club but I didn't excpect it to be the absolute pleasure it was. The scenery around the course is stunning, you won't find a prettier golf course around for miles. The fairways were immaculate, the greens fast and true, challenging and rewarding with birdies to be had. Unfortunately my putting let me down whereas my 2 playing partners who play off 18 and 17 shared 5 birdies between them but I can't grumble at 21 pars. I'd have to say the green course was my favourite but the red is stunning with a very old fashioned feel. The winter warmer package deal also included coffee on arrival and a brunch which was a full english breakfast and was very good. Everyone at Frilford were so friendly and welcoming from the people in the pro shop to the guys in the bar and the members. What really topped off a great day was when the general manager came in to the bar to personally see my group and see how we got on and enjoyed the course and had a drink with us.
All in all Frilford has already become my favourite place to play and I'm very much looking forward to seeing what their blue course has to offer and see if I can convert those birdie chances.

played here for the oxfordshire fire service brigade champs and the course is excellent. a little barron on some fairways but we've had a very dry summer. food and hospitality first class and a good day was had by all

One of oxfordshire's finest and longest established courses, Frilford is old school golf without the snobish attitude. Three beautiful courses means you will always have an unhurried game and the clubhouse and pro's shop are both very firndly. The golf is challenging and varied - all three courses are different in their own way although all are immaculately kept and feature superb greens. Frilford is worht travelling a long way to visit.
