Good Early Season Course
Dries well. Greens firm but receptive. Overall good. Very noisy though from the adjacent M1.Reviewer Rating

cracking track
Erewash is a beautiful course, with a unique layout. The quarry holes are spectacular and are part of a good number of remarkable golf holes. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 83 Handicap: )

Easily Accessible
Easy to access via Junction 25 of the M1. Lockdown provisions fully in place but felt reassuringly safe throughout. The course is in good condition. The greens and surrounds were in superb order played fast and true. I know the clubhouse and the service is usually excellent however many staff are currently furloughed but my marks on based on several previous visits.this is an excellent course for the visiting golfer. Well worth a visit.Reviewer Rating

Played the Kestrel and enjoyed it
Very warm welcome from the organizers and course in excellent shape, not sure it will hold up in the winter but for the open it was just perfect. except for mickey mouse and the windmill on green 9 #PinPosition and a five putt :-(Limited practice facilties due to new ranger being built, but 2 station net and short game area etc
100% back for 2019 £20 bargain and jut off the motorway so access is simple even a holiday Inn for us EV users to rapid charge 2 miles away on route in :-)

Worth playing
Played here as on a trip up to the Midlands with mates. Good course in nice condition. Greens were decent and rolled well. The 2 par 3's in the quarry (holes 4 & 5) are a nice diversion on the front 9. Bit up and down other than that but usually something to keep you entertained on most holes. Would play again if back in the area. Welcoming club house too.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 89 Handicap: 12.8)

Having heard, and read reviews, I was probably expecting something slighlty more and did feel like I was just going a bit back and forth on holes 6-11 which work there way up the side of what I am guessing is from old quarry works.
Definitely worth playing though with some tricky par 3s
