The course improves every time we play and the club is making great efforts/strides to get everything back up to scratch. I would thoroughly recommend the course.

All bunkers were GUR (good if you found the bunkers). Learnt that course and facilities were undergoing major renovation. Will be a top class course when this is completed. Lovely fairways and challenging course with lots of trees and water. Loved it.

course need LOTS of TLC - there was grass left all over the fairways from cutting. the length of grass on the fairways was the same as the rough so there was no defined fairway.
i only saw 3 or 4 bunkers that were not GUR.
tee boxes needed cutting.
this is still a decent course with some nice holes and the use of water makes it more interesting but its scruffy.
not too bad at only 12.50 for a 7am tee time and the course was still pretty empty when we finished.

Course improved since last visit bunkers need sorting out ,poor service from clubhouse staff ,sat at bar after round waiting to be served but totally ignored so got up and left.building works going on so looks like some investment being spent.

Played this course several times over last couple of years but had to stop playing due to poor bunkers and terrible green...... However after a visit today the greens have come back to an excellent standard and are getting better too !!! All bunkers are GUR but they have a re-structure plan to build them back to play again. The clubhouse has also been changed and is under construction to make a hotel which will be nice.
One of the great things is that there were plenty of greenkeepers out working hard, which was non existent a year ago , all the staff were very helpful and friendly and have a great plan to carry on making this a great golf venue. The owner said he has bought new equipment and is said that he has a lot more work to do , however in my opinion the course is now back to a great standard , excited to see what happens in the future with Kent and Surrey.
The only criticism I have is that the fairways (60%) of them need a bit more cutting , so I bit more shaved off, as they were fairly long in some places and to make them different from the second cut , this would massively improve the course that extra bit more and once the bunkers are done too would make this a championship course again !!
A massive well done to the owners and greenkeepers for getting the course up and running again properly as you can see your hard work is paying off !!

Course undergoing some renovation so bunkers were out of play. That's only a temporary issue and I would definitely go back. Very interesting layout.

nice course can see work is being done.most of the bunkers need to be worked on and the grass on fairways seem to be quite long and needs to be shorter its hard to see fairway as it blends in with most of the first cut once finished this will be a brilliant course very challenging will defo be going back once finished

first time out at this course, most enjoyable and once the bunkers are redone I think this will be a treasure. Not easy but very satisfying to play well. Clearly lots of work being done, also to bring the clubhouse facilities up to scratch.
