Fabulous course which is kept in great condition. Can be testing angels quite long but you won't spend all day looking for balls as a wayward sho

Fairwys were excellent but the greens with one or two exceptions left a lot to be desired. Very bumpy and dead at times

Considering all the wet weather around the course was in excellent condition. No temporary green and no tee off mats

Well done to the green keepers. Cannot wait to play the course in the summer

The course looked right, straight from the start. Very well maintained, the fairways and greens were in great condition.

There was very little rough so finding a ball (even amongst the trees) wasn't really a problem.

The greens were very slick on downhill putts which combined with some interesting slopes and borrows made you think over even the shortest putts. Uphill putts were fine, so it was very much a case of keeping the ball below the hole.

Some of the bunkers were nightmares as they had revetted faces and were quite deep.

The members were all very friendly and welcoming and the food and drink was excellent and well priced.

Overall I would highly recommend a day at this location, I had driven 100 miles to play with some friends and it was money and time very well spent.

What a great course. Some holes are very tight but, If you can get the ball off the tee then some are very rewarding. A couple of hard, long par 3s. However overall I would certainly recommend that you give this course a try. The only minus point to the day was you cannot book a time but must just turn up and hope for the best. We were standing on the first and had to give way to a threeball who came off the 18th to play the front 9, and apparently as members they had the right of way. as a guest I never said a word but thought it was rather rude.

This is a nice parkland course with mature tree lined fairways. There are strategically based bunkers on most holes and a lot of OOB. The course is in good shape from tee to green, with greens especially fast. Bunkers have a good amount of sand and the rough isnt too long.
There is a very good homely feel to this course, with a well stocked club house and a warm welcome is offered on arrival.
The bar overlooks the uphill 18th.
Overall a greats days golf.

Nice course in good condition, lots of variation on holes and rewarded like most courses when you can keep it straight. Didn't loose many balls as rough is cut back low but had to chip sideways a few times out of tree lined fairways.

Decided to join Druids, Quality

Very enjoyable course! Great mixer of challenges, with the front 9 being a couple of strokes harder than the back nine! The only thing it needs is a couple of water hazards to be truest brilliant, but even without its excellent! Maintained to a very high quality, good professional staff! So good I became a member!

Druids Heath a midlands gem!

I payed Druids Heath Golf Course yesterday and in summary, what a superb golf course. The course is extremely well defined and tree lined. You can hardly see one hole from the other due to the definition and dense tree lined holes. It has an array of exciting and challenging golf holes. The course needs much thought all the way around. The course offers a bit of everything, downhill holes, uphill holes, dog left right, dog leg left, long par 4's, short par 4's and three really great par 5 holes. The course is renowned for its greens in the summer, they can get these running very fast and with its slippy slopey greens, even the best of putters are in for an experience. I have played most of the named golfc ourses in the Midlands and in the uk to be fair and for me Druids is right up there. I really cant fault it at it's best. Just a superb, members golf course experience.

What a gem

I was delighted to get the chance to play Druids Heath. There are some great holes, and not a straight putt to be had. A great experience from walking into the proshop from leaving after a round of golf and a great value, tasty meal. Well recommended.

Very impressed!

I was lucky to play this course has a guest which for me made it very good value and too expensive for me if I was 'visiting'. The course is fair and not over long just over 6000 yards off the yellow tees. The course is well maintained with beautiful views. The greens are challenging and needs a good read to get close. The bunkers are well defined with some small 'pot' bunkers thrown in.
