What the club says: The course is set in the rolling countryside of the former Little Aston Hall and there is a wide variety of mature trees. There are three par 3 holes and three par 5 holes and although the fairways are not unduly narrow there are rewards for accuracy - especially from the tee. The course features two lakes. At the par 5 twelth the lake cuts into the green and at the par 4 seventeenth the lake is also adjacent to the green.
Although a traditional members Club, Little Aston extends a warm welcome to Societies and Visitors throughout the year.

I went into bunkers on 9 holes during my round thankfully they had decent sand in the and I was able to play decent bunker shots out of them.Reviewer Rating

Played at last
Been meaning to play Little Aston for sometime now and was invited the other week, unfortunately it was very wet, but I had a very enjoyable day. I would not say it is unmissable but it certainly is a nice course to play, but maybe a little disappointed, interesting putting green and a friendly welcome in the pro shop and if invited again id certainly be backReviewer Rating

Better in the area
Played Little Aston last week after Hollinwell earlier in the week, no comparison it was beaten by a mile. Little Aston seemed dated and don’t get the huge appeal apart from it being in expensive surroundings there are better course localReviewer Rating

First visit and boy it's worth a look
Fantastic welcome from the assistant pro, lovely old style feeling in the changing room. large practice area over the 1,2,17th fairway.Course layout is excellent and a solid driver rewards you, bunkers galore and a proper layup or solid drive is needed to avoid and you need to avoid them or it's a layup #VeryDeep after 5-6 weeks dry spell the course was outstanding tees and greens pure. £7.50 for two beers not bad for a golf club. felt very welcome and actually for a proper private club you feel very at ease.
Towels on hand for an after game shower/refresh much needed after 4hrs+ in 27 degrees. top it off we won the Midland golf challenge with 42pts and 124pts over 3 days £56 a day over £100??. I'll 100% be back to play here soon.

Millionaire's Golf
Lived up to its reputation for millionaire's golf - we played two rounds on a sunny Friday in May and there was virtually no one else on the course. Apparently the membership is limited to 250, and only about 60 of them actually play regularly, so no wonder the course is quiet. This may be an exclusive place but our group was warmly welcomed and well looked after. The condition of the course in general is wonderful, with the greens among the best I have ever played on, fast and true. Clever bunkering and intelligent design make it a proper parkland test - and if you end up in the trees you can always find your ball and get on with your round. It was not cheap, but we didn't feel ripped off either - £125 for 36 holes and a sandwich lunch. And if you go, make sure to find time for a putting competition on their stunning putting green.Reviewer Rating
