Testing tree lined coarse , well maintained
A challenging coarse with most holes tree lined, need to be able to shape your tee shot’s and some holes tough second shots into par four greens. Very enjoyable coarse to play.Reviewer Rating

Frosty winter review Jan'22
For those looking for a winter review........Hadn't rained for a while but a very frosty morning. As a result the greens were showing permanent indentations (should be closed on such days to protect them).
1 winter green and astro tee boxes were available.
Fairways were very firm in places, a "bit" wet in others. I used a fairway mat so less of an issue.
Trollies (and buggies) still allowed, which surprised me.
Overall the course is standing up well however.

Derby RAM £15 but 5hr+ round
Start with the positives, greens in good shape and slick NO ISSUES. very friendly members and good set up as said in previous reviews, it's a council / trust set up. US open style rough great for speeding up play, pretty much a reload for my playing partners on the day 23+ handicappers. had lots of dry/cracked/bare fairway lies. 2nd tee 3 groups waiting, marshalls and spotters helped luckily a nice warm day.Small practice area down the side of 18 and 2 new warm up nets, community based club. entrance of the main road near to ROLLS ROYCE don't use postcode and visit the local estate for a joyriding experience.

nice course

Nice course
Nice course. Some good dog legs on it, so you need to be accurate. Bunkers are not up to much. Very hard without about a centimetre of loose sand on top.(Round played: Jun 2019 - Score: 96 Handicap: 16)

Good course. Long holes
This was my fist visit. The course is quite nice with some long holes. There are some areas of the course with need to work on the fairways with bald patch's but overall it is good. Greens were not the best but we were made aware that the grass had been fed and was awaiting to be cut.(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 106 Handicap: )

A course for all albilitys. Nice and flat course. Wide fairways and excellant greens. Friemdly staff in pro shop and club house. Always a pleasure to play here.
