Just got back from playing The Old Course at Dale Hill. I used to be a member here and having played this course for the first time in about four years, it has reignited my love for the place. The only negative, some of the bunkers were lacking sand......... that’s it. Green were good as were the tees. Amazing that the old course hasn’t suffered any of the Leather Jacket problems which has ruined the Woosnam course for the time being.
Even better after 1600 a round was only £17.50 and a buggy for £10. What’s not to like.

Great value for money, a well laid out course that has it's challenges. It is well kept and a solid establishment. I will definitely play here more frequently.

Lovely Course
This is a course that's very hard to fault. There's a lovely mix of holes, especially amongst the par 3's. Apart from some very smooth and undulating greens, there's a decent amount of water and sand to make you work for your score. That all said, this is a course that most handicaps will enjoy playing.There was a very pleasant welcome in the pro shop and the clubhouse too, which is always nice.

Golf breaks weekend at Dale hill, course in very good condition despite the weather, very firm and true greens, although rough is hard work if your in it !!

Super golf course!
The Ian Woosnam course was in beautiful condition with well manicured fairways and fast and smooth greens.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 85 Handicap: 8.2)

The course was in excellent condition greens are true enjoyed the day abit expensive ?80 for the weekend rate a frw quid more could have stayed for the night and enjoyex a 3 course meal so the price didnt whey up if u know what i mean...staff friendly would play again but next time as a package
