Took a society of 14 here today and the course is getting the tlc it needs.The condition is getting better and better.The course itself is very tough considering its short yardage with one of the hardest par 3's in Yorkshire being hole 8.Well worth a visit.

Crookhill Park is a very friendly and welcoming golf club. The standard of the course at present is very good. Lot of work recently clearing ditches, and planting of new trees in an area next to the 17th fairway. The course is playing off winter tees at present, but still on full greens. The standard of the course is excellent for a municipal park course

This course is as good as it gets for a municipal course. Wonderful fairways and greens. great in the dry months but can be a bit sticky when wet in the lower parts of the course. good clubhouse with function room. well worth a visit.

I played this course with my society last year and it was terrible the greens were shocking ,BUT having played here today I have to praise crookhill ,the course is in excellent condition the greens are much better ,you can see the work the new greenkeeper is putting in .

Just played this having heard that the new head greenkeeper is making great strides in getting this course looking good and playing even better and I wasn't disappointed at all.
To say it is early December I must say it looks in really good condition and played better than expected even if I didn't!!! It's a good testing course.
Will definitely be a regular visitor to this course. Can't wait to see what it's like in summer if it looks this good now.

Played late October, nice tree lined fairways, but oh the darn leaves kept trying to hide my ball.
Superb course and great value, only complaint - no course planner nor course map, not even a thumbnail sketch on scorecard.
As a first time visitor trouble navigating round, especially with all the dog legs, some left, some right, some 90s
Highly recommend.

fantastic little course
the staff was extremely helpful and very welcoming, the course was beautiful and well kept.the course has no range or chipping area only a putting area for practice.
well worth a visit by any means, very reasonably priced as well.

Good fun for us higher handicappers.
Found the course in reasonable nick as municipals go.Plenty of shortish par 4s making life that bit easier for me and the bro-in-law with our 18 handicaps.
Cheap as chips at £11/round through Golf Now.
£7-20 for two pints of hard-earned Guinness afterwards not too bad either!
