Good Course that i enjoy playing but 5.5 hours for our round ruined it slightly. Extremely busy which tarnished our round - waiting 5-10 mins on every tee is not fun. Only reason we finished round is because we'd paid.

The Griffin course is the better and harder course to play. You can get punished for no reason here though. Not all bunkers have rakes. Players need to ensure they repair their pitch marks. The greens were polka dotted with them.

an excellent walk on course particualry the Griffin - was in excellent condition - need to hit the thing straight !!

The Griffin is a good challenge with some decent holes. Enjoyable to play, and suits players who can work the ball right to left. The Pheonix is shorter and good for beginers.

Only played the Phoenix course here. Definitely the poor cousin of the better Griffin course. That said however, it is excellent value for money and a good bet for a quick knock around.
