A good course with great greens and excellent tees. Friendly and well stocked pro shop and clubhouse

Very entertaining course
Loved it. All 4 of us said we'd play again. The course layout is great bringing loads of water hazards into play. So I only drew the driver out nine times....course management is key. Par 3 14th was my favorite - I have never seen a drop zone quite like it - an island DZ on its own stuck in the middle of the lake! Great fun - that;s what sums the course up. £30 on a Saturday including lunch (not just a soup & roll bit a full Turkey roast!) we will be back! NB there is a 'course official on the first tee' and if you aren't quite good enough he will politely ask you to play the other course BTW. No pressure then! :-)(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 94 Handicap: 13.8)

Played with 2 friends yesterday and had a great day
The course was in fantastic condition; greens some of the best I've ever played. Had a great breakfast, staff were all great.....we will definitely be going back

One of the best amateur golf courses I've played. Considering it was mid-March, the greens were in very good condition. The fairways were well kept and the course layout interesting (beware the many water hazards!), challenging in the stiff breeze I played. Likewise, the setup of the club was fantastic, teeing off in view of the clubhouse providing a promising start to the round. Pro shop well stocked and a good bar. would certainly return, especially when I got the round on a deal for £16!

Played the new Signature course (The old Masters) and it is a big improvement. Changes to the layout and some of holes have really made a difference. The course now plays as a proper 18 not 2 x 9. You have to be careful filling in this app with the changed layout as some holes are now in a different order.

Fantastic course in great condition. The drainage did its job after the previous few days heavy rain. Greens were soft and responsive.
A wide variety of interesting holes, that I would highly recommend to players of all abilities.

Fantastic day at The Nottinghamshire in there Open on the 04/10/2015. The course was in brilliant condition and the greens were superb, true and nicely quick. The clubhouse was also superb and the food was delicious. For £20 including a carvery, you cannot beat this for value. More importantly the course makes you think at every hole and you have to plot your way around. There are a lot of superb holes with lots of water and great vistas.
