Good Practice Course
Pleasant course where you have to think about shot selection and shaping. No where really to take the driver out but still a nice practice course to play now and again(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 98 Handicap: 23.2)

Good test
Tight course and a thinking course. Greens are tough and fast. Course has improved over the years. Well worth playing.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 99 Handicap: 27.8)

Challenging course
Fairways and green in good condition. Lots of bunkers to trap you, coupled with the trees, makes for a challenging round.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 105 Handicap: 21.1)

Friendly & welcoming club
The course was not overly challenging but by no means easy. You need to be fairly straight off the tees as many of the holes are tree lined. It is well maintained and the greens run true. We found the members very friendly and welcoming towards visitors.Reviewer Rating

Beautiful Course in Dorset Countryside
Bulbury Woods is a truly beautiful course, and a challenge for golfers of different abilities. It is well maintained and has a good, interesting layout. Fairways are quite narrow at times, so wayward tee shots can be punished in the thick trees. There is a good mix of sand and water traps as well. Played on a twilight fee and was worth every penny. On a clear day, when you get to the top of the hill, there are views over the Purbecks. Looking forward to returning.Reviewer Rating

Council Course at Private Prices
This course is less than average. Poorly maintained and i would not pay more than 10 pound on a generous day. £25 pound paid for a 9.56 tee time. Greens appalling at best, layout abysmal. Drive down to Dorset golf and country club for the same price and play a superb course!!!!!Reviewer Rating
