What a wonderful course. Little room for hooks and slices but no lost balls . Played when other local courses were closed because of the weather. No temporary greens or tees. Best in Essex . Recommend Braintree GC highly

Course is in great condition, the rough around the edges of the greens is cut long and seems a little harsh. would recommend the course it is a good test to all handicaps

Lovely course. Excellent condition. Interesting holes all the way round. Not over long but tight in places. Need to be not far off the fairway. A lot of dog legs that make you think about the best club to take.

Very enjoyable course, tee boxes in excellent condition, greens bit soft but made for low scoring. Fairways a bit patchy but ok to hit from.
