Greens are woeful
A picturesque course with an adventurous layout ruined by the poor quality of the greens. Hard, patchy and bobbly it was impossible to judge a putt correctly. I'm not the best ball striker but my putting normally saves me and 6 3-putts on this course took the confidence out of my putting and really ruined the course for me.Reviewer Rating

I dont like to say bad things about a course but last year i paid £10 for a round and the course was very good today £22.50 and the fairways was in need of a cut the t,boxes was not great and the greens not flat and very slow sorry Blakes but the course is not at its best(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 105 Handicap: 27.5)

Greens ?
There has been some kind of disease on the greens that has made them pretty much unplayable. Other than that the course needs some water on the fairways as they are v dry and cracked in places. They have dropped the price while the greens are so poor but avoid for a while if you want to sharpen your putting game. We played gimmes from a clubs length but putting was still a lottery(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 91 Handicap: 18.5)

Greens are a mess
Overall course is in ok condition, however the greens are ruined..they are obviously trying their best to encourage the grass to grow.. but currently I've seen better greens at council run pitch and putt course.6months of rest,rain,sun and a little bit of love and care.. these greens will be back to their vibrant colours once again..!

Great course, however hardly any of the greens were green, and a few had many scuff lines, making putting very difficult. The cuts in the fairways need to improved too.

Sodden
Too wet to play, although trolleys were allowed. Should have been closed.So much better value in the dryer months

The new owners have started to breathe life back into this course. They have cleared out a lot of the dead rough around the lake and ponds, put more sand in the bunkers, new tee box markers etc. All they need to do now is employ a good head green keeper to breathe life into the greens.
