Course played really well. Good speed of playWe was a 2 ball playing behind 2 sets of four balls but game speed was very good

Amazing ..amazing value only £15.1st time of playing here .wasn't expecting much for the price was shocked great holes especially par 3s some challenging par 4s around 420 yards into breeze .greens running a 9.5 on stimp and very true .loved itReviewer Rating

wonderful surprise in essex
you just have to play Blakes , its like a links course but in Essex ,truly great day playing here , even has an island green ,played on a very hot day , drives went for miles .greens very well kept and ran true.lovely staff and members .will be playing here again soon.

Hot!!
Lovely course not played for a while but the changes are very good. 7 and 8 are very good.Will be back to play again very soon. Greens need to be watered more.

Best deal for Golfers
Great welcome from reception and bar. Buggies only £10 ? The course, off the white tees is challenging. The greens could be better, but not as bad as I have read in other reviews. No problem with the rest of the course. The elements could make a round difficult, due to the open surroundings. Once finished, Afternoon Tea, superb.
