The course was in excellent condition, considering that we were playing at the beginning of February, with only a couple of tee boxes that required you to play from mats and the couple of temporary greens that made the Alps look flat !
The holes are generally challenging and some course management is required (one of my playing partners used a 9 iron followed by a wedge on one of the par 3s to avoid plirting with the stream protecting the green, a good move as it turned out). It is a long walk between some of the holes and this could be an issue for any bag carriers.
Other than the temporary green the major disappointment was the lack of a driving range. I am given to understand that a few years ago they decided to put a gym on top of what was their range. They have a proactice, bunker, green and a par 3 course so a range seems an obvious omission.
The club house facilities are excellent with a moderately well stocked pro shop.
I will be returning in the summer to see the course in its full glory.

The course is superb to play, from the lovely sloping 4th with its tough approach from the valley to the green, to the lovely 16th Par 3 - can't say I've laid up on many par 3's before! The tee's are normally in very good condition, the greens are well kept and true.
I would recommend the course to anyone, I would hesitate before doing the same for the club as a whole.

Massive shame!!
Difficult to play a round of golf unless you like to play when nobody does. Don’t ever think about becoming a member here.Reviewer Rating

Tidy track, very friendly club
Course is challenging but always interesting. A few too many tight tree lined fairways at times but very good greens and overall presentation was above average. The club and members seem very friendly, welcoming and with some nice food and drink options to round off the long and hilly walk. Well worth a go.Reviewer Rating

Best greens I have played so far this year, course in very good condition for the time of year, staff at reception the bar and the half way hut were very nice and friendly. Would probably join the club if I lived nearer. Bit annoying though when your putting and a green keeper keeps mowing around the green, but didn’t spoil the day. Would like to play in the summer when the trees are in bloom.Reviewer Rating

Great course and facilities. Greens in good order. Still a bit boggy off the fairways and temporary tees on front nine.(Round played: Mar 2022 - Score: 105 Handicap: 22.9)
