The course has recently had £50 000 on a new drainage system due to course flooding in the winter. This should hopefully work. Still waiting for the first serious rainfall to test new system.

Green speed was very variable due to the fact they had all been plugged and sanded. some fairways were looking a bit worse for wear

course in good condition, great facilities, the only problem being they have some holes with trees in silly positions punishing good shots, the 15th is almost unplayable because of this problem, and I couldn't believe with all the trees on the 18th they have planted more. As much as I don't like to see trees destroyed a chain saw is certainly needed.

Course in good condition but really let down by the bunkers which had not had any green keeper attention after the storms. Reception also really busy, separate golf reception (and pro shop!) required

A very interesting course. One that would be better second time round when you know where to hit from some tees where fairway is not always recognisable from the tee. Good mix of hazards and 16th is a great par 3 over water. Greens ran true and quick.

Every time I play here I get stuck behind a society who think nothing of playing 4.5 hour rounds. Today it was a ladies society who despite only being threeballs took over 4.25 hours. The course is great and has wintered well and the only thing that really stops me from joining is the slow play.

this course is good, could do with less trees, and straighter holes, long wait periods between players

Good layout with a challenging final 5 holes. The first cut and rough was unnecessarily long in parts and some of the greens were in poor condition (due to recent flooding apparently)
