In pretty good nick
Greens and fairways in good nick for the time of year. Also good to see well-maintained bunkers and works going on to improve a few tee boxes.
A shame that not all people playing the course don't do their bit and repair divots and pitch marks!

First Time
Found it hard going being a narrow course and being my first time. The course handbook was well worth the investment and I still refer to it. Well done whoever ????. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I will be back.Reviewer Rating

Cheap and Cheerful(ish)
Friendly and very cheap (played a 2 ball on Sunday morning for £15 each). Course is relatively simple, without too much challenge. Tee areas need some work and course was very hard and dry following the recent hot weather. It's nothing special, but certainly can't complain for the price.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 80 Handicap: 16.5)

Superb golf - Played having used teetimes.co.uk, it cost us £4.99 each for a 10am tee time on a Monday morning, absolute bargain.
Greens, fairways and bunkers were very good, the tees needed some work but you tee the ball up anyway.
It was busy, but we managed a nice steady pace all the way around, even though we were a two ball behind a couple of four balls.
Well worth playing and there are some tight tee shots that require some thinking about which club to use.
Two odd things about this course, 1) No fringe around the small greens and, 2) The foundations of an old manor house sit between two fairways.
A nice pro shop and there is a driving range.
All-in-all a very nice setup and well worth playing.

Used to be able to book online with some healthy discounts making it great value for money.
Unfortunately, this is no longer the case, meaning there are better golf courses close-by for similar green fees.

Played Bank holiday Monday.
Even with club members playing a comp and a few public youngsters ahead of us we finished in just over 3 hrs. Top venue
