Had a very friendly welcome from Julie food was good and the course was in mint condition even after all the rain. Had a great round and really enjoyed the course. Had a lot of improvements to club house really nice now. Would really like to see this course back on the 2 4 1 scheme and offer a lot more deals. would recommend this course.

course in very good condition a number of blind shots so be wary thought the price was crazy considering it was mid week £46 also walkers have a right of way through the course

The course was in excellent condition and provided many challenges particularly on the day we played where we had to contend with a very strong wind. The location had excellent panoramic views of the Northumberland coast. The cost of a round seemed expensive.

Excellent course with stunning views of the local area when the weather is clear. Some stunning holes and short enough to be a real test for players of all standards.

A beautiful course set in a stunning location with a big sandy bay on one side and Bamburgh Castle on the other. It was fantastic just taking in the surroundings. A lot of blind drives (too many?) so club selection was difficult at times and buying a stroke saver is recommended. Would love to play again knowing the layout. Par 3 8th is a stunning, challenging hole. Teed off late in the afternoon and had the course to ourselves which made the experience even better. Clubhouse was being redeveloped internally but you could tell it will be fantastic when it is finished.

Super, exciting, scenic, and beautifully maintained.
New clubhouse extension makes it one of the most welcoming golf clubs in the North East.

I've never played a course anywhere in the world with better scenery than here, helped by a beautiful sunny day. The course was fairly tricky with a lot of blind shots, and in good condition.

Would I go back to Bamburgh? A qualified yes, with some reservations. Views obviously yes, layout has weaknesses in particular its a good 400 yards too short to be much of a challenge. Not as many blind shots as some want to make out though and not likely to lose a ball to anything other than a rank bad shot. Condition was fine, greens putted better than they looked fairways and tees slightly scruffy. Very serious walk in places would think some of the steep concrete paths lethal in the wet. Nice practise/warm up area, clubhouse very reasonable only saw one member of staff but she was coping. I would have rated this higher except compared to Dunstanburgh, which we played the next day, this starts to look expensive. 50 quid for 2 rounds is still good, but its near neighbour is a stronger layout, easier walk and views 90% as good

Great course and the views are simply stunning but thewind was brutal club selection was nearly impossible, i'm a half decent single figure handicapper and i hit a six iron to a hole measuring 126 yards (8th) !!!!!!

Great Course with some of the best views you will get on any course certainly in the Uk.
Some may find it a bit short and some of the blind shots may not be to everyone's tastes.
