What the club says: The white course playing from grass tees (now including 5 par 4's up to 390 yards) provides an excellent test of golf for the experienced golfer, while the shorter red course (playing off counter-sunk tee mats) is suitable for anybody from beginner to children, or simply people wanting some fun in beautiful surroundings. Recently we have built 3 completely new holes which includes a lake which comes into play on all of them.

Great for new players

Only been playing golf for a couple and months and this is a fairly local short 9-hole course. It's fairly well maintained, green's are smooth and well taken care of.
Only mild disappointment is due to the hot weather recently alot of the water features lack any water and the lakes a puddle, but again for a newbie that's helpful as it's easier to find my ball.
All in all had a great time the few times I've played here and the relaxed atmosphere makes it very comfortable and always encourages me to return and play again.

Played Haggerston twice in August at a cost of £12 for nine holes.
I managed to have two steady rounds and I particularly enjoyed at least five of the holes, personal favourites are the 2nd hole and the 9th. To re-iterate other reviews this really is a course in the middle of a caravan site believe that, pleasant course with some challenging holes and excellent greens, better deals can be had for £12, you can get a weekly pass around £30 shame I didn't realise this until the sixth day of our seven day holiday!
It will be interesting to see if this course is still available to play when I return to Haggerston in the summer of 2017, I certainly hope so but these days who knows with golf course's closing down more and more often.

Have just been back to play here again. What a difference !! Three new holes added including a feature lake with one of the greens set into the lake. One hole is now a 390yard dog leg with a raised green. Another you tee over the lake. Really good test of golf with a welcoming club house.

Like another poster mentioned, the course was more challenging than I thought (especially longer distance holes). Good overall value, I paid £12 for 18 holes (two lots of 9). Nice scenery nearby, some hidden water features!

The owner has put a lot of work in over the last couple of years and the drainage being number one priority. The last review regarding the drainage has been sorted out adding a couple of water features and drainage, waterlogged fairways are few and far between. The sand is a little hard in the bunkers rakes are provided but joe public thinks that they do not have to use them, as the previous review stated for a caravan park it is a superb course.
Well done to fred and his grounds man

Quite a decent par 3 course considering its location (on a caravan site). Seemed to be quite waterlogged and bunkers could have done with more sand.
