Great location on Northumberland coast
Played here before, only one par 5 but some long par 4's, a short PW par 3 but across an inlet so you'd better hit the green. Small clubhouse, decent condition course overall, greens mostly very good. No rain for a while so fairways a bit parched. Lots of weekend ramblers around course so had to be wary of them.Reviewer Rating

Great Links Course
Really friendly club, course in fantastic condition with lovely fast greens. Not long but some small undulating greens, lucky to play when there was not much wind. Great value at ?32 per round. Excellent bacon rolls and coffee post round.Reviewer Rating

Top coastal course, stunning views
We weren't blessed with weather but could still appreciate the fine layout here and course was still very firm from 2 weeks of dry and sunny weather. The selection of holes is a real treat with a mix of length, difficulty and strategy all underpinned by some excellent conditioning. Although we left somewhat beaten by the rain I think we'd all look forward to having another go to truly appreciate the fine course and stunning scenery available. Till next time....Reviewer Rating

Nothing special
Included this course in a trip back from playing in East Lothian but it’s not as good as anything up there. A fiddly, short layout. Nice coastal views but that’s about it.Reviewer Rating

Difficult to pigeonhole
Not a links course, more of a cliff top type. Quite short and fiddly although some nice views which take attention away from the general low-level challenge of the course.Reviewer Rating

Great value, stunning course
A challenging course which is very well maintained. Exceptional backdrop and views, very fair layout, keep to the fairways and good scoring is possible, rough is a genuine hazard. Hard to fault the course at all and at ?20 an amazing price.Reviewer Rating

Worth more than the green fee
We played Dunstanburgh on our way back from the Open championship and were both very impressed. The greens rolled well, the course was tricky in parts and the views are lovely. The Par 3 13th was my favourite, a 130 yard hole over a steep drop which played into wind on the day and made clubbing difficult. There is no pro shop but you pick the cards up in the little bar they have which serves both golfers and walkers. The course had a small putting green and a chipping green but no range or net as far as we could see.
If I had one complaint, it was that the pace of play wasn't great as the course was busy with fourballs and societies.
It wasn't enough to ruin the day but I would like to play the course again when not busy so I can fully concentrate. It's definitely a course I would recommend and will look to play again
